Chucho Merchan

Chucho Merchan was commissioned by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) to write this collection of songs to commemorate the 1998 International Year of the Ocean and to help raise global awareness of 'planet ocean'. Thanks to Omar Vidal and the people at the UNEP, for making this dream come true. A Special thanks to Chrissie Hynde, DAvis A. Stewart, Kirsty MacColl, Phil Manzanera, Steve Hogarth, Ana Maria Vélez, Raquel Alao, and Jow Askew for their help with this project.
